Our fee is $200, which does not have to be paid all at once. We accept payments in CASH ONLY. Other costs are the court’s filing fee of
$306.00, and the two mandatory education classes which are between $0 and $50 each.

If you choose to use our service, we ask that you bring your social security card and a cash payment of $50 (applied to the $200 fee) to your first
appointment. Once you have provided us with the information we need to do our job, we will have your legal documents ready for you to file in 3 to
5 days business days. Understanding that this matter can be highly emotional, your case will be handled in a professional, yet relaxed and
confidential manner.
