We are not attorneys. We can only provide self help services at your specific direction.
Serving the Public and Attorneys Since 1996
We comply with the provisions of Title 11 Section 110 of the United State Code. These laws were passed for your
protection.
Click here and read the statute concerning Bankruptcy Petition Preparers.

Our fee is $200, which does not have to be paid all at once. We accept payments in CASH ONLY.  Other costs are
the court’s filing fee of $299.00, and the two mandatory education classes which are between $0 and $50 each.

If you choose to use our service, we ask that you bring your social security card and a cash payment of $50 (applied
to the $200 fee) to your first appointment. Once you have provided us with the information we need to do our job, we
will have your legal documents ready for you to file in 3 to 5 days business days. Understanding that this matter can
be highly emotional, your case will be handled in a professional, yet relaxed and confidential manner.
Just Document Preparation is a Debt Relief Agency. We help people file for bankruptcy
relief under the Bankruptcy Code.

We are not attorneys and do not give legal advice. We prepare the documents for Chapter
7 bankruptcy for people who are able to take control of their own legal matters.
BANKRUPTCY...
For example, we cannot explain the differences between the various chapters of the bankruptcy law, if you “qualify”
or if you can keep your car. Our customers must be willing and able to use the many resources available to get the
answers they need. We strongly recommend that our customers consult with an attorney first and we have referrals
available. Approximately 50% of Chapter 7 bankruptcy petitions are filed by people who are doing it themselves. Our
job is to provide the highest quality document preparation.
